Shenzhen Zhenhua Ferrite & Cearmic Electronics Co., Ltd., established in June 2001, is a professional manufacturer of chip inductors based on the investment of Zhenhua Group and is implementing a new component strategy. Our company currently has an annual production capacity of 5 billion pieces of civil products and becomes a main domestic manufacturer of multilayer chip inductors.

Further improving the leading products, like multilayer chip ferrite inductors, multilayer chip ceramic inductors, multilayer chip beads, molded chip inductors, SMD power inductors and more, our company has adopted mature technology of multilayer molding and low-temperature co-fired technology to successfully develop new type sensitive components and composite components, such as multilayer chip negative temperature coefficient thermistors, multilayer chip positive temperature coefficient thermistors, multilayer chip varistors, multilayer chip high power beads, multilayer chip microwave filters and others.

Product mix extends from single chip inductors to chip sensitive components and chip composite components in three categories. Especially, conductive polymer solid electrolyte aluminum electrolytic capacitors have been developed currently and are widely used in communication, navigation, data transmission, audio/video processing, computers, mobile phones, network switches, digital TVs, digital cameras and consumer electronic devices. Simultaneously, our company has carried out the research and development of new electronic components by taking the market as guide and cooperating with universities.

Our company employs nearly five hundred staff members, sixty researchers, four professors, six doctors, sixteen senior engineers and thirty eight engineers. A multilayer component R&D laboratory of Zhenhua Group has been built. Our company has set up a Joint Laboratory of Composite Components, a Joint Laboratory of Sensitive Components and a Joint Laboratory of Microwave Ceramic to carry out scientific research and development with University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and South China University of Technology by combination of industry, university and research. Our company has introduced one doctor to postdoctoral workstation of Zhenhua Group for composite component research.

Our company has built up a perfect quality management system and an environmental management system according to GB/T9001A-2001 idt ISO9001:2000 and GB/T24001-2004 idt ISO14001:2004 standards which were awarded in 2004 and 2007 respectively.

Other honors are as follows:
High-Tech Enterprise Certification in 2006;
High-frequency ceramic inductor was honored as Independent Innovation Product of Shenzhen in 2008;
Electronic Information Science and Technology Award by Chinese Institute of Electronics in 2008;
Microwave Chip (EMC) Filter was awarded with Key New Product Certification by Guangdong Province in 2009.

Our company has undertaken six provincial and ministerial level key scientific research projects and eighteen other major research projects, with four provincial science and technology progress awards.

We have applied for fourteen national invention patents in the past three years, nine utility model patents and ten patents including one invention patent and nine utility model patents. Our company has always been aiming at international advanced technology and products. We hope to be the international advanced component manufacturer in the future.
